Did you know Chiropractors can issue medical certificates? If a medical certificate is needed due to the condition we are treating, please bring it to the attention either reception or your treating Chiropractor.
There are no additional charges for this service, when completed during your clinic visit. NB. we are unable to backdate medical certificates.
