Winter Clinic Tip- Why moving is important? Is keeping warm cool?
When temperature gets down our peripheral blood supply is reduced, to keep our core temperature stable. This means poorer circulation in our muscles, and joints. More aches, stiffer, easier to injure.
Keeping warm, and 5000 steps per day(minimum) helps keep those muscles and joints healthier.
If you find yourself sore, or hurting we are here to help. Talk to our CA's if you are not sure if you need Chiropractic or Massage Care.
